I have seen Randy Marcoz ply his trade in the classified and commercial realms and there is none better.  He is a true artist and passionate presenter.  Our country is safer and more informed as a result of his techniques.  His Intelligent Communication system is the best I have encountered in my 20+ years of service to Uncle Sam.  His techniques have been tried and test to work across cultures and platforms.
