Intelligent Communication 3.0 is a simple yet effective approach to communication-based on the goals-based approach to communication that I developed from the processes I used as a career intelligence officer. It provides the basis for all Intelligent Communication training.

Effective Communication includes twelve lessons divided into forty-two short topics, which are forty-two steps to becoming a more effective communicator.

Communication skills cannot be effective if they are learned and not used. Therefore, Effective Communication includes many different practical lessons, so you can begin applying what you learn immediately.

Take the first step to becoming a more effective communicator.  Become a better listener and develop skills to improve your understanding of others.  Learn how to use the information you hear from others to help you understand them better, improve relationships, and achieve goals.
