Intelligent Communication is the creation of Randy Marcoz.
I am a retired Army lieutenant colonel. I served in the Army for 20 years as an armor officer and intelligence/counterintelligence officer, completing his career as the deputy commander of the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade and the leader of counterintelligence operations for all alllied land forces for Phases 1 and 2 of Operation Iraqi Freeedom. I have have completed post graduate education in strategic intelligence and and I hold an MS in forensice psychology, as well as certification as a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Since my retirement from government service, I have focused on developing and delivering training programs on communication, focusing on application of communication skills to various aspect of both our personal and professional lives. I have provided training through the intelligence community, military, law enfocement, and the corporate world both in the United States and abroad.
I created the Intelligent Communication approach to be a flexible yet comprehensive model of communication that is easy to learn and apply. I have developed multiple applications for the Intelligent Communication approach, including communication, behavior, relationships, and an integrated insider threat model.
